Within the Automation business area, we are looking for a Project Manager for our office in Genoa. The person will be responsible for the following activities:
- Manage one or more projects ensuring they are processed correctly, according to the defined contractual conditions
- Monthly economic re-planning of the project, to ensure compliance with the initial project budget
- Detailed planning of projects and definition of the development plan for commissions, establishing project teams appropriate to the task assigned and coordinating the human resources assigned
- Develop and maintain relationships over time with customers and suppliers involved in the project, both to create new business opportunities and to project a positive company image.
- Maintain relationships also within the organization, pulling the strings and mediating between the parties
- Support the Purchasing Office for the procurement of the most relevant project materials, both by collaborating in defining contractual conditions and by maintaining appropriate contacts with suppliers
- Manage any problems that may arise during project development
- Conduct periodic meetings to verify alignment with forecasts made regarding project progress
- Draft project closing reports, in order to capitalize and disseminate results, solutions and anything else necessary to increase effectiveness and efficiency in experiences Educational qualification:
- Three-year or master's degree in Engineering or equivalent Required experience level (junior, expert, senior, master)
- Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience
- Expert: 3 to 5 years of experience Technical/IT
