HK Supervisor

At Fregate Island, our Housekeeping Supervisor plays an important role in ensuring that our villas, guest areas and resort facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation and guest readiness. As Housekeeping Supervisor, you will support the Housekeeping Manager in coordinating daily operations, supervising the Housekeeping team, assigning duties and conducting regular inspections across villas, public areas and other resort facilities You will be responsible for maintaining high operational standards, following up on maintenance or service issues, supporting VIP inspections and ensuring guest requests and preferences are handled professionally and efficiently. You will also help train, guide and motivate the Housekeeping team while monitoring performance, grooming and daily operational standards. This is a hands-on supervisory role. You should be comfortable working alongside the team when required, supporting villa turnovers, deep cleaning and other operational activities, rather than supervising only from a distance. The role requires someone who is organised, detail-oriented and confident leading a multicultural team in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.
