About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Sales – Influencer Marketing professional to join our team.

You will play a key role in expanding IDA’s client portfolio, strengthening relationships with top brands, and driving revenue growth.The ideal candidate has a strong background in influencer marketing, a deep understanding of the creator economy, and a proven track record in B2B sales—especially with marketing departments, brand managers, and media agencies.

We’re looking for someone strategic, results-oriented, and highly autonomous, who can pitch, negotiate, and close deals with confidence.

What You’ll DoBusiness Development & Sales

- Drive new business opportunities by identifying and approaching prospects in key verticals (fashion, beauty, lifestyle, tech, food, etc.)
- Lead the entire sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with marketing decision-makers and agency partners
- Prepare and deliver strategic presentations and commercial proposals
- Represent the agency in calls, meetings, events, and industry gatherings

Client Strategy & Account Growth

- Collaborate with the strategy and project teams to shape proposals and campaign structures
- Understand clients’ objectives and translate them into tailored influencer marketing solutions
- Upsell and cross-sell services across IDA’s offering
- Ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships

Market Insights & Vision

- Stay constantly updated on industry trends, platform updates, creator dynamics, and competitors’ moves
- Contribute to the evolution of IDA’s commercial approach, services, and go-to-market strategies

You’re a Great Fit If You…

- Have 3–5+ years of experience in sales within influencer marketing, social media, or digital advertising
- Have a strong network of brand and agency contacts in Italy
- Excel at pitching, relationship-building, and closing high-value deals
- Are strategic, proactive, and comfortable working with clear revenue targets
- Understand the creator economy and the dynamics behind influencer marketing campaigns
- Are fluent in Italian and English
- Love challenges, ownership, and driving growth
