Un/una Front of the House Manager per Hotel 5* in provincia di Udine

La figura sarà responsabile di garantire l’eccellenza operativa e la qualità del servizio in tutte le aree a diretto contatto con l’ospite, inclusi reception, ristorante, spa, housekeeping e i servizi complementari offerti dalla struttura.
Attraverso una leadership proattiva e una gestione attenta del team, la figura assicura un’esperienza di soggiorno impeccabile, contribuendo al raggiungimento degli obiettivi di fatturato, di profitto e di reputazione dell’hotel.

Principali Responsabilità:

-Garantire l’eccellenza operativa in tutte le aree Front of the House (reception, ristorante, spa, housekeeping e servizi accessori);
-Pianificare e implementare strategie volte al raggiungimento degli obiettivi di fatturato e di profitto, monitorando costantemente le performance operative;
-Gestire, formare e motivare il team, promuovendo un ambiente di lavoro positivo, collaborativo e orientato al servizio;
-Assicurare un elevato livello di soddisfazione del cliente, monitorando le recensioni e intervenendo tempestivamente in caso di segnalazioni o reclami;
-Collaborare con il team contabile (holding) per garantire la corretta gestione dei flussi economici e amministrativi;
-Coordinarsi con il team marketing per sviluppare iniziative promozionali e rafforzare la presenza della struttura nei mercati business e leisure;
-Supervisionare il rispetto delle normative locali in materia di sicurezza, igiene e gestione aziendale;
-Supportare la Direzione Generale nel miglioramento continuo degli standard di servizio e nella definizione delle strategie operative.

Requisiti:

-Esperienza maturata e dimostrabile nel ruolo in strutture 4 superiori o 5**, sia a livello nazionale sia internazionale;
-Approfondita conoscenza del settore turistico e del mercato alberghiero di riferimento;
-Eccellenti capacità di leadership, di comunicazione e di problem solving;
-Familiarità con i principali Property Management System (PMS), i software di gestione alberghiera e con il pacchetto MS Office;
-Forte orientamento al cliente, attenzione ai dettagli e capacità di gestire il multitasking;
-Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese; -ulteriori lingue rappresentano un plus.
