- NextHub Bari We are looking for a senior consultant to join Deloitte's Commerce team in Bari, working in a Hybrid mode. The team is responsible for supporting our clients in complex React implementations for major international companies in various sectors (retail, fashion & luxury, travel, or automotive). By joining our teams, you will hone your development skills, improve your Web development abilities (Javascript, HTML5, CSS3, Node.
JS), deepen your knowledge of the eCommerce world, work on stimulating projects, and have the opportunity to interact with nationally and internationally renowned companies. Your Role The Experienced resource will be part of a team and will be responsible for:
- Working on the creation of eCommerce platforms in an agile manner, supporting all project phases, from analysis to development, testing, and production deployment.
- Interacting with various team members (team leader, technical architect, functional specialists, UX/UI experts, and other developers) to collaboratively complete project activities.
- Liaising with the Client company's contacts to gather their needs and support them in identifying the best solution.

What we offer
The expected remuneration for the Consultant grade is between EUR 28,500 and EUR 34,000 gross annually, and for the Senior Consultant grade, it is between EUR 36,000 and EUR 44,000 gross, according to the CCNL Terziario Distribuzione e Servizi. The definition of the specific compensation, including any variable elements (such as MBO) or accessory benefits, will depend on the evaluation of the profile against the position's requirements. Winning Requirements
- At least 5-6 years of experience in consulting firms, system integration, or corporate environments, and experience in Front End web application development using React and Next.js with Tailwind.css.
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proficiency in React.js, its fundamental principles, and the most popular workflows.
- Solid understanding of JavaScript, including ES6+ syntax and features, and knowledge of front-end frameworks and testing tools (e.g., Jest).
- Experience with decoupled architectures and headless CMS, and familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
