Nel quadro di un significativo potenziamento ci ha incaricato di ricercare un
Cost Engineer – Rif. 97790
A riporto della Direzione Tecnica sarà responsabile delle seguenti attivia:
- analisi tecnica ed economica dei progetti (impianti meccanici, elettrici ed edile);
- value engineering;
- sviluppo di stime di budget;
- controllo e verifica dei costi durante lo sviluppo delle fasi progettuali;
- esecuzione di bill of quantity;
- Laurea in Ingegneria nel settore impiantistico, Energetico, Civile o diploma in discipline affini;
- pregressa esperienza presso studi di progettazione o settori affini (società di impiantistica e/o edili);
- ottima capacità di utilizzo pacchetto office, nello specifico Excel;
- ottima capacità di utilizzo software specifici per computazioni, Primus, STR, affini;
- buona conoscenza di Autocad; REVIT per la verifica della ripercorribilità e tracciabilità delle voci del bill of quantity;
- gradita buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
