Site Manager - Settore Biogas

Supportiamo i nostri clienti attraverso servizi di ingegneria e consulenza in diversi settori industriali, tra cui Energy, Oil & Gas, Infrastrutture e Industriale.
Per un importante progetto nel settore del biogas, siamo alla ricerca di un Site Manager da inserire su progetti impiantistici complessi di revamping. La risorsa sarà responsabile del coordinamento operativo delle attività di cantiere, su impianti costituiti prevalentemente da opere civili, con integrazione di impiantistica idraulica, meccanica, elettrica e automazione.
Responsabilità principali
- Coordinamento e supervisione di tutte le attività di cantiere, con forte focus su pianificazione e avanzamento lavori
- Analisi del P&I e del cronoprogramma di progetto, organizzazione operativa del cantiere
- Gestione e coordinamento dei subappaltatori, inclusa l’analisi dei contratti e il monitoraggio delle performance
- Redazione di reportistica tecnica e di avanzamento lavori
- Elaborazione e aggiornamento di cronoprogrammi bisettimanali e definizione di piani di recupero in caso di criticità
- Verifica del rispetto delle procedure di sicurezza e segnalazione immediata di eventuali non conformità
Requisiti
- Esperienza di almeno 5 anni come Site Manager
- Esperienza nel settore impiantistica industriale, rifiuti o depurazione
- Capacità di gestione di cantieri con forte presenza di subappalti
- Buona visione complessiva dell’impianto e capacità di portare il progetto a completamento
- Attitudine al coordinamento operativo e alla gestione delle criticità
Tipologia contrattuale
- Contratto in assunzione a tempo indeterminato con CCNL di riferimento
- Possibilità di contratto in P.IVA
