Descrizione:

Il candidato avrà le seguenti responsabilità :

- Impostazione del piano di Marketing in termini di analisi del mercato, analisi della concorrenza e potenzialità di nuovi mercati strategici, partecipando direttamente alla gestione del processo di vendita.

- definizione, studio, implementazione e ottimizzazione di campagne di marketing.

- follow up dei clienti e lead generation.

- gestione del database clienti ed ottimizzazione.

- delineare in simbiosi con la Direzione Aziendale: strategie commerciali, obiettivi di fatturato, garantendone lâattuazione ed il raggiungimento degli obiettivi

- gestione e organizzazione di eventi di settore

- individuare nuove opportunità di business tramite mappatura e prospecting del territorio;

- motivare i membri del team e condurli verso performance sempre maggiori.

- gestione di un team.

- intervenire in prima persona in trattative di rilievo strategico per lâAzienda

Requisiti:

- esperienza superiore a 2 anni in ambito sales o marketing;

- capacita di motivare le altre risorse e stimolarle al raggiungimento degli obiettivi.

- doti di leadership.

- Buona conoscenza dei principali strumenti informatici.

- spirito dâiniziativa e organizzativo

- Determinazione, spinta continua e capacità di problem-solving

- Capacità organizzative e gestionali.

- buone doti relazionali e negoziali e spiccato orientamento al risultato.

Il trattamento economico, previsto in parte fissa più variabile, verrà valutato in relazione allâesperienza del candidato.
