As Front House Manager you will be the main lead in creating a positive stay for our guests overseeing the Front Office team and providing a high level of service for our guests.
Your responsibilities include:
- Coordinating the activity of the department to create a memorable experience for our guests..
- Mentoring and motivating the team in order to reach their full potential.
- Ensuring a good relationship is maintained between Front Office, Event Department, Housekeeping & Maintenance.
- Being the key point of contact for our guests, efficiently responding to their inquiries and providing information and assistance.
- Staying updated about hotel services, guest needs, and special events.
- Ensuring policies and procedures compliance.
Exceed expectations revealing:
- A unique personality and a true passion for hospitality.
- +2’ years experience as Front House Manager.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with Opera PMS for efficient operations.
- Ability to anticipate and resolve challenges and complaint resolution finesse.
- A commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
- Impeccable grooming standards.
- Versatility in handling various work scenarios.
