Our client is a fast-growing European company operating in the automotive aftermarket, specialized in the production and distribution of high-quality lubricants, antifreeze, AdBlue, and related products.
As part of its strategic expansion in Italy— already established few years ago—we’re seeking a
SALES MANAGER ITALY
The ideal candidate has around 7 / 10 years of solid experience in sales within the Lubricant’s sector and is motivated by a role offering a high degree of autonomy and full ownership of the Italian business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the existing revenue
- Lead full commercial operations of the Italian market and further develop the local market.
- Identify and establish contact with potential customers for the extensive portfolio of products (ideal customer for cross selling)
- Develop sales both for private-label customers and own brands on a Full-Truck Load (FTL) basis
- Provide feedback regarding products performance, competition, market trends, newest developments in the Italian market
- Represent the company in all major industry events taking place in Italy
- Conduct extensive reporting and being responsible for continuous updates to HQ.
Additional requirements:
- Excellent knowledge and established contacts in the Italian market on a FTL basis
- Ability to understand and evaluate competitiveness of the company’s portfolio.
- Outstanding networking ability
- Fluency in English
