• Growing and optimizing our existing portfolio: Enhance apps through rigorous product management, data analysis, and user acquisition expertise.

• Buying new apps: Buying fresh, exciting small apps and turn them into profitable hits.

• Embracing GenAI and automating the company: Focus on both improving existing processes and

creating new workflows to not only automate the company but also to create new ways of doing things

and scaling faster than anyone else.

• Using data as a growth engine: Leverage rich behavioral and revenue data to identify opportunities,

shape product roadmaps, and continuously improve user acquisition performance.

Founders:

The company was co-founded by Alexei Chemenda (serial entrepreneur: YC) and by the CEO, Patrick Stuart-Constant (also entrepreneur, HEC Paris).

About the role:

Sociaaal is hiring a GenAI Performance Creative to own and scale our AI-driven video creative production, with a core focus on turning winning ads into many effective variations (e.g., changing avatar, hook, script, offer emphasis, format, and length). You will work hands-on with AI tools across text, image, video, and voice to design and run creative experiments, manage avatar-based content production, and coordinate closely with our Head of Creatives, his assistant, and our video editors.

This role combines strong AI prompt skills, creative use of AI tools, and structured thinking with light people management to consistently produce many high-performing videos across our apps. Your creativity with AI will power ads that directly drive user acquisition and company growth.

Skills required:

• Imagination and creativity to find the right variations that will best speak to our potential users.

• Data-driven mindset

• Proven experience with image/video/voice platforms like Nanobanana, HeyGen, Veo3, MaxFusion,

Runway, etc.

• Strong organizational and project management skills: able to track multiple apps, videos, and editors

simultaneously.

• Comfortable giving clear directives and feedback to creative contributors.

• Thrive in fast-paced, experiment-driven environments.

• Fluent in English
