As a Specialist, and a valued member of the Padova Santa Lucia team, you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions: stylemargin:bottom:0.0cm;margin:top:0.0px: : Manage your floor comprehensively, encompassing one or more of the four key product categories in our stores (makeup, skincare, fragrance, Sephora Collection). : Facilitate communication between the Store Manager and the Beauty Advisor team. : Support Managers in daily activities, actively contributing to the development of the stores commercial and HR strategy. : Monitor and analyze team KPIs, motivating the team to achieve results. : Coordinate commercial and organizational activities (promotions, events, new product launches, CRM campaigns, etc.). : Manage the stockroom, maintaining optimal stock levels in accordance with product replenishment cycles and merchandising strategies. : Implement company procedures (regulations, safety procedures) and commercial policies (pricing, promotions, communication) established by central departments. : Train new hires and guide them through their growth and development path in collaboration with Managers. : Interact trustfully and openly with diverse groups of people, building relationships within and beyond the organization. Do not hesitate if you have: stylemargin:bottom:0.0cm;margin:top:0.0px: : Minimum of 3:4 years of experience in similar roles (Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, Key Holder), preferably within dynamic, multinational retail environments. : Knowledge of key commerce KPIs, and confidence in budget management, analysis, and daily reporting. : Demonstrated ability to manage a team, guiding them toward objectives and fostering a positive and collaborative team spirit. : Dynamism, flexibility, and resilience.
