About The Role
We’re hiring a

Founders’ Associate

to report to the

Chief of Staff

and work

closely with the CEO and founding team

on some of Hercle’s most strategic and high-impact priorities.

This is a

unique generalist role

at the heart of the company, offering exceptional exposure to how Hercle is built and scaled. You will be involved across the full operating spectrum, from

strategy and execution

to

operations, people, legal, finance, and organisational development,

depending on what the business needs at each stage.

You will act as a

force multiplier

for both the Chief of Staff and the CEO: helping drive critical projects forward, supporting founder-level decision making, and ensuring that the company’s most important initiatives move from

idea to execution .

This role is designed for someone who wants to develop into a

top-tier operator , with a deep understanding of how a serious financial infrastructure company works across every function.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with the Chief of Staff and CEO on Hercle’s most important strategic initiatives, from problem definition to execution.

Own and drive cross-functional projects, turning direction into clear actions and outcomes.

Operate across the business as needed, including Operations, Finance, HR, Legal, Compliance, Product, and Commercial, helping the company scale in a structured way.

Support leadership with strong analysis, high-quality materials, and sound judgment on key decisions.

Requirements

1+ years of experience in a high-bar environment (e.g. consulting, investing, high-growth startup, strategy/ops role).

Strong analytical thinking and comfort working with data, numbers, and financial concepts.

Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with little structure.

Natural bias toward execution and getting things done.

Genuine interest in building a serious, long-term company.
