We’re Hiring: Technical Service Specialist (Junior) – Italy

JinkoSolar is looking for a Technical Service Specialist (Junior) to join our team in Italy. This position is ideal for a technically oriented professional who enjoys customer interaction and wants to grow in a dynamic, international renewable energy company.

About the Role

As a Technical Service Specialist, you will be a key technical interface between JinkoSolar and our customers, supporting the Sales team with technical expertise, coordinating after-sales activities, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction across the Italian market.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support to the Sales team during customer meetings and project discussions

- Visit clients and project sites to assess technical needs and requirements

- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, product explanations, and solution proposals

- Answer customer technical inquiries and provide related technical documentation

- Coordinate after-sales activities to support smooth project execution and customer satisfaction

- Deliver product training sessions to customers and partners

- Support the organization of technical trainings in coordination with the Sales team

-Represent the company at industry exhibitions, roadshows, and distributor events

Must have:

* Degree in Engineering

* Preferable experience in technical support, technical service, or customer-facing technical roles

* Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly

* Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

* Fluency in English (written and spoken) and Italian Mother tongue

* Willingness to travel within Italy
