Within the Electronics Business Area, we are looking for a Machine Tool Operator specializing in turning for the Campi Bisenzio site. The selected individuals will be integrated into the opto-mechanical Center of Excellence with the aim of ensuring production capacity and supporting the development of new products, currently in the prototyping phase. The individuals will be responsible for the following activities:
- Reading and executing specific processing cycles and instructions;
- Operating machine tools for milling and turning mechanical parts;
- Autonomous maintenance of the machine tools used;
- Visual inspection of the quality of the work performed;
- Using company tools for confirming operations and reporting Non-Conformities. Educational Qualification:
- Diploma from a Technical Mechanical – Mechatronic institute or equivalent Required experience level: Junior/Expert Technical knowledge and

skills:
- Knowledge of mechanical technology and chip removal machine tools;
- Set-up and operation of CNC machining centers;
- Knowledge and use of main manual mechanical measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, dial indicators);
- Basic knowledge of production flows and related management of non-conformities;
- Reading and interpretation of mechanical construction drawings. Behavioral Competencies:
