In this role, you will lead and oversee the support enablement of global NXI programs, working towards high-quality service and support delivery to customers. You will be instrumental in facilitating new service offerings and ensuring service readiness within diverse portfolios. Accountabilities

- Lead and oversee support enablement for global NXI programs.
- Represent the Product Support Delivery Readiness Organization in the Product Lifecycle Management process.
- Conduct business analysis to identify root causes and develop recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate across regions and teams to implement new services, solutions, or programs.
- Be responsible for revenue and margin contribution for multiple solutions or services.
- Develop business cases based on customer requirements and validate service solutions.
- Lead cross-functional activities to drive continuous growth of the services business.

Requirements

- Minimum 8 years of experience in Service Business Management.
- Experience in delivery, solution architecting, or business planning.
- Medium to high knowledge of the IT and services industry.
- In-depth understanding of the organization's services, policies, and processes.
- Proven leadership and ability to achieve results under tight timelines.
- Demonstrated skills in planning and financial analysis.
- Project management and change management skills are essential.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to influence across functions and geographies.
