Randstad Inhouse, Pharma Specialty, is looking for a Tender Office Representative on behalf of a well-established multinational corporation in the chemical-pharmaceutical industry.
Work area: Pratica di Mare (RM)
Contract duration: 9 months
Responsabilità
Key Responsibilities:

Formalization of Offers and Contracts: Drafting documents within assigned deadlines, ensuring absolute conformity with current regulations and J&J compliance procedures.
Communication Management: Sorting and routing customer communications to all relevant internal stakeholders.
Public Procurement Platforms: Updating company documentation and maintaining active registrations on various e-procurement portals.
Post-Award Support: Formalizing reports and communications for clients during the supply execution phase.
Pricing & Systems Management: Managing and aligning prices within internal systems to ensure billing accuracy and supply continuity.
Data Analysis: Inputting, extracting, and analyzing data within company systems.
Internal Audit: Conducting internal checks to verify process compliance.
Project Documentation: Searching, collecting, and verifying contract documentation for specific projects or cross-functional needs.

Functie-eisen
The ideal candidate:

A degree in law, economics, or engineering;
Previous experience in tenders is an advantage;
Good knowledge of English;
Proficiency in the use of basic data management packages.
