¢ Fornire supporto alla clientela nelle fasi di sottoscrizione dei prodotti finanziari e nella gestione operativa delle richieste; â€
¢ Gestire e monitorare le comunicazioni periodiche e straordinarie verso la clientela, assicurando chiarezza, precisione e coerenza con gli standard aziendali e regolamentari; â€
¢ Collaborare con i reparti interni per la corretta raccolta e trasmissione dei dati necessari per le segnalazioni periodiche all'Agenzia delle Entrate e alla Banca d'Italia (es. Anagrafe Tributaria, AUI, segnalazioni di vigilanza); â€
¢ Supportare le attività di aggiornamento della documentazione contrattuale e informativa, nel rispetto della normativa vigente; â€
¢ Contribuire al continuo miglioramento dei processi di assistenza alla clientela e alla digitalizzazione delle attività di comunicazione. Requisiti â€
¢ Ottime capacità relazionali, di comunicazione scritta e orientamento al cliente; â€
¢ Precisione, autonomia operativa e predisposizione al lavoro in team; â€
¢ Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office (in particolare Excel) e dei principali strumenti digitali.
