In JW Venice we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Trainee to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will support a wide range of HR activities and gain hands-on experience across key HR functions.

Main responsibilities include:

- Assisting with the recruitment process, from job posting to candidate screening and interview scheduling
- Supporting onboarding and orientation activities for new hires
- Helping coordinate training sessions and employee development initiatives
- Maintaining HR databases, personnel records, and documentation
- Providing administrative support to the HR team in daily operations
- Assisting with employee engagement activities and internal communication

This internship offers an excellent opportunity to build foundational HR skills, understand HR procedures and policies, and work closely with professionals in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
