2. Provide on-site/remote product repair and upgrade services for customers, and regularly provide customers with corresponding product and technical training.
3. Accompany sales staff to visit customers, answer technical questions raised by customers, and provide technical solutions.
4. Be responsible for repairing products and upgrading products to be shipped according to requirements.

Job Requirements

1. A bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for those from science, engineering, or English - related majors.
2. Fluent in English, with a preference for those familiar with the energy storage and lithium - battery industries.
3. Have experience in the ToB field related to products, and be familiar with pre - sales solution design, product design, and post - sales product problem - solving workflows.
