Per prestigiosa realtà alberghiera toscana siamo alla ricerca di un Hospitality Revenue Manager in zona Chianti

La risorsa, a diretto riporto del CEO of Hospitality, sarà responsabile del posizionamento tariffario e della distribuzione elettronica delle strutture ricettive del gruppo, in linea con la strategia commerciale e gli obiettivi definiti dalla Direzione Aziendale.

La figura contribuirà in maniera determinante all’ottimizzazione dei ricavi attraverso la gestione dinamica delle tariffe, il monitoraggio del mercato e l’analisi dei competitor, garantendo una distribuzione efficace sui diversi canali di vendita.

Principali responsabilità

· Definire e implementare la strategia di pricing e di distribuzione per le strutture ricettive.

· Monitorare e analizzare i comp-set stabiliti, identificando trend e opportunità.

· Analizzare l’andamento del mercato alberghiero ed extralberghiero della destinazione.

· Utilizzare sistemi RMS, CRS e PMS per ottimizzare la gestione dei ricavi e garantire una distribuzione coerente.

· Redigere report e analisi di performance a supporto della Direzione Aziendale.

· Collaborare con i reparti Sales, Marketing e Operazioni per massimizzare l’efficienza e i risultati economici.
