Sales Manager - Crane
Location: Italy (Nationwide)
Reporting to: Area Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular visits to customers, ensuring strong market coverage across Italy.
- Create, manage, and update customer data in the CRM/database system.
- Develop public relations and maintain reliable long-term relationships with key customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and follow up on inquiries and orders.
- Collect project information to support sales activities and analyze competitor data to adjust strategies.
- Participate in the development and implementation of regional sales plans to achieve sales targets.
- Lead or support commercial negotiations for key crane projects to secure regional business objectives.
- Support financing processes and follow up on payment collection when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; relevant experience can substitute for education.
- 3+ years of experience in sales of cranes, construction machinery, or lifting equipment.
- Strong technical knowledge of cranes and lifting applications.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Italy.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
