Cerchiamo un/una PMO Integration & Operations che affianchi il responsabile dell’integrazione/COO nelle attività legate ai progetti post-acquisizione e alle iniziative operative trasversali nel settore assicurativo.
La figura avrà un ruolo chiave nel supportare la pianificazione, il monitoraggio e l’esecuzione delle attività di integrazione e trasformazione, contribuendo al raggiungimento degli obiettivi strategici e operativi del gruppo.

We are looking for an Integration & Operations PMO to support the Head of Integration/COO in post-merger initiatives and cross-functional operational projects within the insurance sector.
This role will play a key part in planning, monitoring, and executing integration and transformation activities, contributing to the achievement of the organization’s strategic and operational goals.
Responsabilità principali / Key Responsibilities:
Italiano:
- Supportare la pianificazione e l’esecuzione di progetti di integrazione post-acquisizione e iniziative operative trasversali.
- Collaborare con i team Finance, HR, IT, Legal e Operations per garantire coerenza tra processi, persone e sistemi.
- Predisporre documentazione di progetto e specifiche funzionali per l’allineamento dei sistemi IT e dei flussi operativi.
- Analizzare dati e performance per individuare sinergie, opportunità di miglioramento e aree di efficienza.
- Redigere report, dashboard e presentazioni per il management e per le funzioni di governance.
- Supportare la gestione del change management e la comunicazione interna durante i processi di integrazione.
- Contribuire al monitoraggio delle attività operative e al mantenimento della continuità di business.

- Support the planning and execution of post-merger integration and cross-functional operational initiatives.
- Work with Finance, HR, IT, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure alignment across processes, people, and systems.
- Prepare project documentation and functional specifications to support IT and process integration.
- Analyze data and performance metrics to identify synergies, improvement opportunities, and efficiencies.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and governance committees.
- Assist in change management and internal communication throughout integration phases.
- Contribute to monitoring operational activities and ensuring business continuity during transitions.
Requisiti / Requirements
Italiano:
- Laurea in Economia, Ingegneria Gestionale, Management o discipline affini.
- 4 - 6 anni di esperienza in consulenza, project management o ruoli analoghi in contesti corporate.
- Ottima padronanza di Microsoft Excel (analisi dati, modelli, dashboard) e PowerPoint (presentazioni di progetto).
- Capacità di redigere specifiche funzionali e documentazione di progetto.
- Eccellenti doti analitiche, comunicative e organizzative.
- Conoscenza fluente dell’inglese, scritto e parlato.
- Attitudine proattiva, flessibilità e capacità di lavorare in ambienti dinamici e internazionali.
Titoli preferenziali:
- Esperienza in attività di integrazione (sistemi, applicazioni, API) è considerata un plus rilevante.
- Conoscenza del settore assicurativo, del brokeraggio o dell’insurtech rappresenta un vantaggio significativo.
- Partecipazione a progetti di integrazione IT o di trasformazione digitale.
English:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management Engineering, or related fields.
- 4-6 years of experience in consulting, project management, or similar corporate environments.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel (data analysis, modeling, dashboards) and PowerPoint (executive presentations).
- Proven ability to draft functional specifications and project documentation.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Proactive, flexible, and comfortable working in dynamic and international environments.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with system or application integrations (APIs, platforms) is considered an important plus.
- Background in the insurance industry, brokerage, or insurtech is a strong advantage.
- Exposure to IT integration or digital transformation initiatives.
