Verifica tecnica e approvazione dei disegni e dei progetti degli impianti meccanici.
Gestione dei rapporti con i fornitori e i subappaltatori, garantendo il rispetto dei contratti.
Supporto all'ufficio acquisti per la valutazione tecnica.
Supporto al contabile lavori in merito alla corretta contabilizzazione degli impianti meccanici
Collaborazione con gli altri reparti per ottimizzare l'efficienza e risolvere eventuali problematiche tecniche.
A successful Project Engineer Impianti Meccanici should have:
Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica/ Diploma tecnico
Esperienza in progetti di costruzione nel settore Property.
Conoscenza approfondita degli impianti meccanici e delle normative di settore.
Capacità di gestione dei progetti e di coordinamento di team multidisciplinari.
Competenze tecniche per la lettura di disegni e documentazione tecnica.
Approccio orientato alla risoluzione dei problemi e al rispetto delle scadenze.
Buona conoscenza della lingua italiana e, preferibilmente, dell'inglese.
La realtà cliente è una grande organizzazione attiva nel settore Construction, con una solida esperienza in progetti di costruzione e infrastrutture.
