We are recruiting on behalf of our esteemed Client, a High Luxury Brand, a Client Advisor to join their team in the Boutique in Milan.

CLIENT ADVISOR / HIGH LUXURY BRAND / MONTENAPOLEONE

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure the smooth operation of the store
- Approach and assist customers with product advice and recommendations
- Coordinate with external suppliers to maintain store standards
- Represent the brand as a true ambassador
- Address and resolve customer needs and issues promptly
- Maintain a high-energy presence on the sales floor
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
- Handle multiple customers simultaneously with efficiency
- Assist and support all sales team members
- Oversee stock activities
- Manage merchandise effectively and accurately

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

- A minimum of 3 years' experience in retail, specifically in luxury Ready-to-Wear (RTW)
- Fluent in both English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A professional, outgoing personality with a positive, proactive attitude
- Strong IT skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
