Engineering excellence, delivered in real time - start as a Field Engineer
As a Field Engineer you will create opportunities through specifications and influencing key decision makers to deliver product/service sales within Hilti product portfolio and Engineering Services. This position is an important part of the business, shaping the construction industry all the way from concept & design through to installation & maintenance.

What You’ll Bring
We are not just looking for titles or experiences: we want you, with your ideas, your energy and your unique way of contributing. You are the perfect fit if you have:

- Master’s degree in Civil or Building Engineering
- Excellent English and Italian
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Determination and willingness to learn
