- Capital Markets, Transaction Accounting Support –Assurance Are you ready to grow with the Assurance team? Joining the Deloitte Accounting & Reporting Assurance Team, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop strong transversal skills, working on challenging projects and collaborating with many clients. In particular, by collaborating with your Team, you will have the opportunity to be at the center of capital market operations, supporting companies in IPOs, Bond issues, M&A transactions, and all regulated financial market operations, as an Assurance specialist of the auditing team providing service to the client or as an Advisor in the operation. Specifically:
* Assist clients in successfully navigating the offering process, through the review and preparation of offering documents;
* Provide advice on complex technical issues in the context of IFRS accounting principles or national accounting principles;
* Develop and provide internal and external training to audit teams as well as potential and existing clients on IFRS accounting principles, the EU Prospectus Regulation, SEC Reporting Manual, ESMA, CONSOB guidelines, or other supervisory authorities and industry practices;
* Interface with other actors involved in the transaction (client company officials, law firms, *investment bankers*, audit teams, and other *advisors*);
* Identify potential risks and criticalities and share them promptly with the rest of the team;
* Collaborate effectively in international and heterogeneous teams by specialization. What we offer
_An internship with an internship allowance is foreseen._ _In case of hiring as an Analyst, the remuneration will be approximately €27,900 gross annually. The classification will be defined during the selection phase based on the profile and in application of the National Collective Bargaining Agreement for Commerce, Distribution and Services. The definition of the specific compensation, including any variable elements (such as MBO) or accessory benefits, will depend on the evaluation of the profile against the requirements of the position._ #WinningRequirements
* Graduating/recently graduated in Economics or Management Engineering (preferential)
* Excellent knowledge of English
