Il Gruppo Named, per la propria sede Named Srl di Vimercate (MB), in un’ottica di potenziamento del proprio organico, è alla ricerca di una figura di:

REGULATORY AFFAIRS SPECIALIST

Il candidato, inserito presso l’Ufficio Regolatorio, si occuperà di:

- Preparazione ed archiviazione della documentazione tecnico-regolatoria per la registrazione di prodotti cosmetici, nutraceutici e medical devices in compliance con i requisiti previsti dalla normativa in vigore;
- Stesura e revisione delle Informazioni di prodotto (schede prodotto, ed etichette) in compliance con i requisiti normativi italiani, europei, extra europei;
- Supporto ai clienti per la redazione della documentazione per la registrazione dei prodotti in area-EU ed extra -EU;
- Revisione regolatoria dell'etichettatura e controllo grafiche;
- Valutazione compliance materie prime;
- Monitoraggio quotidiano dei principali aggiornamenti normativi italiani ed europei;
- Aggiornamento/revisione dei materiali di confezionamento dei prodotti;
- Impostazione etichetta (ITA/EXPORT) per i nuovi prodotti;
- Inserimento delle notifiche integratori nel portale del Ministero;
- Inserimento delle notifiche cosmetiche nel portale CPNP;
- Aggiornamento delle composizioni dei prodotti sul gestionale;
- Verifica e controllo del materiale MKT (comunicazione pubblicitaria, social e online ADV, e-RETAIL, materiali Pdv, comunicazione Fdv e professionale, ecc).

Requisiti

- Laurea magistrale in discipline scientifiche (Biologia, Biotecnologie, CTF, Farmacia, Scienze e tecnologie alimentari o equivalenti);
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Ottima conoscenza di tutto il pacchetto Office (con particolare attenzione a PowerPoint ed Excel);
- Conoscenza delle normative italiane ed europee relative ad alimenti, integratori alimentari, cosmetici, dispostivi medici.
