Are you a student or recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in HR and administration within a global company? JinkoSolar is offering an internship opportunity for an Admin Support role based in Italy.

What You'll Do

- Assist in updating vacation and leave records in internal systems
- Support invoice uploads and document tracking in FSSC and SharePoint
- Assist with office supply orders and basic facility coordination
- Support internal communications and scheduling
- Learn to manage benefits documentation and liaise with service providers
- Help maintain organized digital archives and HR documentation

Ideal Candidate

- Based in Italy (Padova or nearby preferred)

- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a university program

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Eager to learn and contribute to a fast-paced HR environment

- Fluent in English and Italian

- Available for a flexible internship schedule
