TESTING ENGINEER
Responsabilità:
- Esecuzione di prove funzionali e di prestazione HVAC aria–aria in camera climatica;
- Installazione, setup e calibrazione della sensoristica per test termodinamici e gestione dei banchi prova HVAC;
- Gestione sistemi di acquisizione dati e configurazione sensori;
- Analisi dati di prova e supporto alla Root Cause Analysis;
- Esecuzione di prove speciali (rumore, urti e vibrazioni) secondo requisiti interni e cliente;
- Supporto al team R&D nella validazione di nuove soluzioni di prodotto;
- Collaborazione con progettazione meccanica ed elettrica per feedback di validazione;
- Predisposizione di test plan, test report e aggiornamento della documentazione qualità;
- Gestione delle non conformità emerse in fase di testing.
Requisiti:
- Formazione in ambito tecnico | Diploma o Laurea preferibilmente in Ingegneria Meccanica, Energetica, Meccatronica o discipline affini;
- Esperienza di 1–2 anni in attività di testing, laboratorio o validazione (valutabili anche neolaureati con stage in ambito testing);
- Capacità di lettura di schemi meccanici e/o elettrici;
- Esperienza nell’uso di Excel e sistemi di acquisizione dati (preferibilmente cDAQ/National Instruments);
- Conoscenza di base dell’inglese tecnico;
- Disponibilità a trasferte all’estero, sia brevi sia di medio periodo.
Completano il profilo: capacità di lavorare per obiettivi e in autonomia, orientamento tecnico e approccio operativo.
