Oggi è presente con tre diverse insegne (U Come tu mi vuoi, U2 Supermercato e il Viaggiator Goloso) per un totale di oltre 200 punti vendita, tra diretti e franchising, in Lombardia, Piemonte ed Emilia Romagna e conta su un organico di circa 3.500 dipendenti.PositionUnes Supermercati e Viaggiator Goloso, ricerca una risorsa da inserire in stage all’interno della Direzione IT, a supporto del team che segue tutte le attività e i progetti di riferimento per l’area Governance (AFC + HR). La risorsa avrà modo di vedere l’intera gestione amministrativa di un’azienda operante nella GDO, quindi fatturazione attiva e passiva, gestione incassi dai negozi fino all’invio all’AdE, ecc.ResponsibilitiesGarantire la quotidiana efficienza e operatività delle soluzioni in essere;Supervisionare day by day le attività erogate dai partner esterni;Monitorare i livelli di servizio degli applicativi e garantire il supporto di II livello ai key users;Collaborare con il team e il Business end to end dalla raccolta dei requisiti funzionali, economici e di pianificazione fino all’attivazione della soluzione implementata, garantendo gli standard di qualità e le tempistiche attese.RequisitiLaurea triennale o specialistica in Informatica, Ingegneria Informatica o similari;Approccio reattivo e flessibile nella gestione di cambiamenti real-time aggiornando le priorità dei task e i carichi di lavoro;Spiccate doti relazionali per gestire in maniera efficiente le comunicazioni con i clienti interni, i referenti business e i partner esterni;Orientamento all'obiettivo;Capacità di lavorare in team;Conoscenza degli applicativi Microsoft (Excel);Nice to haveConoscenza e interesse per il settore Amministrativo;Propensione all’analisi dei dati;Conoscenza di basi di dati e SQL;Sede di lavoroVimodrone (MI).La selezione è rivolta ai candidati dell'uno e dell'altro sesso ai sensi del D.
