HR ONBOARDING TRAINEE

to join the Human Resources team and help to provide a seamless and welcoming experience for the new hires.

This role is a fantastic opportunity to learn the ropes of Human Resources (HR) and make a direct impact on the company's growth by supporting the most valuable asset: People.

MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As an HR Onboarding Trainee, you will be instrumental in supporting our new hire onboarding process. Your duties will include:

- Communication: Act as a point of contact for new hires during their pre-onboarding phase, answering questions and ensuring they are prepared for their first day.

- Support: Assist in managing the new hire onboarding tracker, making sure all necessary steps are completed on time.

- New Hire Setup: Collaborate with various departments, including IT and local HR, to ensure new employees have the necessary equipment, system access, and accounts ready for day one.

- Orientation Support: Aid in scheduling new hire orientation meetings and other relevant training sessions.

- Record Keeping: Help add new hires to HR internal tools.

- Process Improvement: Offer suggestions for improving the onboarding experience and administrative processes.

- General Onboarding Support: Assist with various onboarding related tasks and provide entry-level support for general HR inquiries.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Strong people-oriented skills: You have a genuine desire to help others and create a positive experience. You are a natural at building rapport, listening attentively, and communicating effectively with a variety of individuals, from new hires to senior leaders.

- Administrative skills: You are at ease at organization and process management.

- Attention to detail: You have a sharp eye and are committed to accuracy, especially when handling important documents.

- Communication: You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and feel comfortable interacting with people at all levels.

- Customer service focus: You understand the importance of creating a positive and supportive experience for others.

- Degree & Language skills: A degree in Humanities or Economics is preferred; Fluency in English is required.
