Onsite Senior HR Partner – Site Leadership

Amazon is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to drive operational excellence and organizational health across multiple Italian sites. You will partner with Field Leaders, site leadership, and General Managers to influence strategic discussions and improve employee experience. You will balance tactical execution with strategic insight, leveraging data and HR technology to identify risks, support change, and foster an inclusive environment with strong floor presence across facilities.
