Our client, a leading Infrastructure fund, is seeking a highly motivated Investment Associate to join their team in Italy.
Responsibilities:
- Source and evaluate high-growth investment opportunities across Infrastructure and Renewables sector.
- Conduct in-depth due diligence, including financial modeling, valuation, and market analysis.
- Draft investment memoranda and support deal structuring and execution.
- Work closely with portfolio companies to drive operational improvements and strategic growth initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in Investment Banking, M&A or Private Equity, Infra experience is preferred.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Fluent in Italian.
