JOB DESCRIPTION

The role acts as an interface between the market, engineering, operations, and service, contributing to ensuring that products are competitive, scalable, and integrable into complex energy systems. ## ATTIVITA'

Key Responsibilities

* Define and consolidate product requirements based on market and customer needs;
* Support the Product Manager in developing the roadmap and value proposition;
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality, cost, and time-to-market;
* Support the development and integration of systems for:
* engine control
* power management
* hybrid systems (e.g., fuel cells, BESS, microgrid)
* Analyze market and competitors, identifying differentiation opportunities;
* Collaborate with R&D, operations, and service for product development and improvement;
* Support sales and project management in defining technical solutions;
* Contribute to product lifecycle management (releases, updates, phase-out);
* Ensure the availability and quality of technical and commercial documentation. ## REQUISITI Competenze tecniche Support system integration initiatives:

* For the position in question, the gross annual salary will be between € 33,000
- € 44,000.
