Within the Operation & Supply Chain organizational unit of the Aircraft BU, within the Supplier Development function, for the Caselle (TO) / Pomigliano (NA) / Venegono (VA) sites, a Supplier Assessor is sought who will be responsible for the following activities:
* Contribute to the updating of the Annual Supplier Assessment Plan (in coordination with the Head of the Supplier Development function)
* Organize, in coordination with the other Operation & Supply Chain functions and with the Procurement function, Capacity & Capability Assessment (C&CA) / Program Readiness Assessment (PRA) of Leonardo Div. Aeronautica / BU Aircraft suppliers according to procedure PA-G-21 (at the latest approved revision, u.r.a.)
* Conduct supplier C&CAs according to the process flow described in the procedure (PA-G-21, u.r.a.), with the involvement of other competent functions
* Manage the documentation relating to the supplier subjected to C&CA, verifying its reliability and accuracy
* Ensure the maintenance of the archive (paper and/or digital) of the documents collected during the assessment phase
* Organize the documentation collected during the function's assessments and make it available in the most effective way (as foreseen by the Leonardo Div. Aircraft procedures and through the available company tools: database, document repository, hypertext files, etc.)
* Ensure the maintenance of relations with the company functions commissioning the C&CAs and/or PRAs, i.e. collecting input from them and providing them with output (reports, documentary evidence, analysis of collected data, etc.)
* Contribute to developing tools and methodologies for measuring specific supplier performance and their processes
* Provide support to company functions (Procurement, Purchasing & Scouting Marketing, LOB, etc.) regarding supplier knowledge (means of production, operating conditions, resources, etc.) in order to define and execute the most adequate company strategies in terms of Vendor Management
* Provide support to company functions in holding specific training courses on supplier management
* Provide support in conducting marketing campaigns and industrial collaboration and/or offset plans, providing contributions on the analysis of suppliers in the countries subject to specific commercial prospecting, sales, logistics support campaigns
* Ensure your participation in events (fairs, B2B meetings, etc.) aimed at getting to know new suppliers and illustrating the Company's procurement and vendor management strategies
Education:
* Aeronautical Engineer (preferable) preferably with a Master in Business Administration (or equivalent title) Required experience level:
* Senior/Master Technical
skills:
* Knowledge of the production and management processes that regulate an aeronautical company;
* Previous experience in supplier management
* Knowledge of basic elements of economics and finance Behavioral

* Relational skills and adaptability;
* Ability to manage meetings/sessions in the presence of managers from other companies (suppliers), guiding participants through the agenda topics, summarizing and providing explanations on the topics discussed
* Ability to manage Executive level reporting in Leonardo, highlighting supplier strengths and weaknesses and supporting your point of view with arguments and analyses
* Ability to work in a team, flexibility, determination, decisiveness;
* Problem solving attitude
* Good communication and negotiation skills Language

* Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English (preferential title: previous stay abroad for work reasons, lasting more than three months) Computer
