Job Description

Within the Space Division, we are looking for an Assembly Technician in Clean Room for our office in Nerviano (MI). The person will work in the solar generator clean room and will be assigned to the Solar Cells (SCA_SDA) and Photovoltaic Panels (PVA) line and will be involved in assembly activities, specifically: For the Photovoltaic Solar Cell line where machinery will be used for:
* interconnecting the cell front (front contact welding);
* dressing the solar cell (coverglassing);
* visual inspection and electrical measurement of the solar cell. For the Diode line where machinery will be used for:
* interconnecting the diode front (front contact welding);
* dressing the diode (coverglassing);
* visual inspection and electrical measurement of the diode. For the Photovoltaic Panel (PVA) line, the person will be involved in:
* bench wiring of sub-assemblies: Diode board, resistor board;
* manual bonding of sub-assemblies according to company processes and procedures;
* bonding of components, cables on PVAs;
* manual assembly of mechanical components according to company processes and procedures;
* integration of solar cell strings on substrates;
* repair of SCA_SDA on photovoltaic panels;
* packing and unpacking of PVAs;

Education:

* High School Diploma with a technical or scientific focus (preferably mechanical and/or similar). Required experience level:
* Expert: at least 3 years of experience in the role A period of training and on-the-job training of variable duration based on previous skills is foreseen. Technical skills and knowledge:
* Basic electronic instrumentation (power supply, multimeter);
* Reading wiring diagrams, electrical and mechanical assembly drawings and 3D packages. Behavioral
