Your Key Responsibilities: As the vital link for our Italian-speaking clients, you will: Deliver exceptional and empathetic customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Professionally handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective solutions to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Collaborate with a diverse, international team to represent leading global brands and enhance the customer experience. What You Bring to the Team: Required: Full professional fluency in Italian (C1/C2 level) and conversational English (B2). A positive, customer-centric attitude with superb natural communication skills. Comfort with technology and a strong willingness to learn new systems. EU citizenship or a valid Greek work permit.
