We are seeking a skilled and proactive Finance Manager (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
We are looking for a Finance Manager to lead finance activities for our Bruneck legal entity and to act as a strong business partner to the plant and global functions. The role combines statutory compliance with proactive business partnering to support both operational and strategic objectives.
- Manage statutory, tax, and US GAAP reporting for the legal entity
- Lead audits, ensure SOX compliance, and maintain strong internal controls
- Oversee cash flow, treasury activities
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and legal entity performance analysis
Qualifications
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Experience in legal entity finance, preferably in manufacturing
- Fluent English; German and/or Italian a plus.
- Experience in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax, and compliance
- Analytical, structured, and business‑oriented mindset
