Position Responsibilities

- Own and manage the overall engagement and workstream tracking with key stakeholders across AWS.

- Develop, track, and report program performance benchmarks.

- Evangelize and influence teams to adopt recommended program initiatives, serving as a trusted advisor to teams across AWS.

- Work with cross functional teams to improve processes and automate manual tasks.

- Work with product and engineering stakeholders to prioritize features critical for the success of various programs.

Position Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business, Operations, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and three years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.

- Must have one year of experience in each of the following skills: (1) program or project management; (2) using data and metrics to drive improvements; (3) leading and owning cross-functional programs; and (4) experience developing program strategy, end‑to‑end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

- Partial telecommuting permitted; employees will be required to report to office multiple days per week.
