Field Electrical Installation Technician – Industrial Automation
Position Purpose
Responsible for the on-site installation of electrical systems, cable trays, and machine-side wiring for large-scale industrial automation projects. This role ensures full compliance with technical specifications, quality requirements, and safety standards, contributing to the successful delivery of complex installations.
Key Responsibilities
- Install cable trays, conduits, and ducts for electrical and signal wiring
- Perform machine-side wiring and connect electrical components to industrial equipment
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings accurately
- Utilize specialized tools and equipment for installation and fastening tasks
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and quality standards
- Collaborate effectively with on-site teams and coordinate with other technical roles
- Support project timelines by monitoring progress and reporting on key objectives

Technical Skills
- Technical degree (industry preferred) or ten years of experience in industry.
- Five years of experience on the industry field
- Three years of experience in project management
- Technical background (electrical preferred)
- Experience with customers and supplier relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Intermediate level of English (spoken and written) B1
- Valid Category B driving license
Travel Requirements
- Minimum of 120 days per year of travel for on-site installations (national and international)
- Ability to work independently during extended assignments abroad
