CID S.p.A., a medical device manufacturing and selling company, is looking for a full time Reporting Specialist (Smart-Working not Applicable) The resource, reporting directly to the Managing Director, will work on analysing data and reporting. Ideal Profile: The ideal candidate will be prone to team work and cooperation, with an open-minded attitude and proven analytical skills with experience in generating process documentation and reports and the knowledge required to translate data into actionable insights. Responsibilities & Objectives: - Preparing budget reports and forecasts with Management and Commercial Team - Monitoring budget throughout the year, analyzing actual results to budgets - Performing daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting - Analysing of financial reports and budgets - Detailed financial analysis in areas such as Sales, CoS, Margin, Overhead, Product Profitibility etc. - Preparing presentations and ad hoc analyses for management - Supporting to standardization of reporting - Partner with stakeholders across business units (ex: sales, finance, production, supply chain) to develop analyses and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with all departments - Evaluate, analyze, and work with data to understand requirements on a continuing basis, and maintain systems processes, including the delivery of periodic status reports Soft Skills: - Strong communication skills - Time management & prioritization - Attention to detail - Open-minded - Analytical thinking - Proactive approach Qualifications: - Education: University Degree in Economics or Business Administration - Languages: Fluent in English and Italian. - Experience: At least 3 years of experience in Auditing, Budget & Reporting or Financial Controlling - Technical Knowledge: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. SAP knowledge would be preferred.Proven knowledge of Budgeting, Accounting, Reporting and International Finance Reporting Standards Workplace: CID SPA, Via Crescentino SNC, 13040 SALUGGIA (VC) – (Smart-working not applicable) Contract type: to be evaluated based on the gained experience Salary: to be evaluated based on the gained experience - "This announcement is open to both genders, in accordance with laws 903/77 and 125/91, and to individuals of all ages and nationalities, in accordance with legislative decrees 215/03 and 216/03."
