JOB OVERVIEW Requisiti di base: Formazione: 1. Diploma di laurea 2. Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese 3. Preferibilmente corso di specializzazione o Master Job functions: Il tirocinante sar inserito nel reparto Food &amp, Beverage e avr modo di avere uno sguardo completo sulla gestione del reparto svolgendo le seguenti attivit : 1. Menù engineering, 2. Analisi e valutazione dei food cost e beverage Cost, 3. Elaborazione rota mensile dei reparti F&amp, B 4. Gestione del personale F&amp, B (coordinamento mansioni del reparto e gestione ferie dipendenti), 5. Gestione della corrispondenza del reparto e degli impegni dell’ F&amp, B Manager, 6. Attivit di selezione dei candidati per il reparto cucina in collaborazione con le Risorse Umane, 7. Supporto all’ F&amp, B manager nei colloqui di lavoro, 8. Supporto all’ufficio Risorse Umane nell’organizzazione delle attivit formative, 9. Requisition Hostess, 10. Implementazione di un sistema di data base dei clienti F&amp, B 11. Preventivi e p.o. 12. Reperimento attrezzature per gli eventi 13. Email Booking 14. CR ( Central Reservation ) – Prenotazioni telefoniche 15. Stampa menu 16. Stampa ODS 17. Inserimento e modifica degli items in Micros 18. Agenda Meeting F&amp, B Manager 19. Creazione Voucher Nell’arco di questa esperienza di tirocinio, il trainee riuscir ad acquisire competenze diversificate. Imparer ad essere pro-attivo, veloce e tempestivo nel rispondere alle varie esigenze del reparto, risolvendo eventuali esigenze dell’ultimo minuto. Skills: 1. Educato, responsabile, organizzato (capace di occuparsi di più cose nello stesso tempo), 2. Preciso e deciso, 3. Forte predisposizione al lavoro di gruppo, 4. Attitudine al Problem-solving, 5. Flessibilit negli orari di lavoro, 6. Spirito di collaborazione, 7. Conoscenza di Microsoft Office, in particolare Excel, Outlook e Power Point.
