Role Overview

Il/La Sales Manager sarà responsabile della crescita del business e dello sviluppo commerciale nel segmento luxury. Oltre all’acquisizione di nuovi clienti, avrà un ruolo chiave nell’upselling su clienti esistenti, proponendo soluzioni innovative e non ancora attivate.

La persona selezionata lavorerà a stretto contatto con il CEO e i team strategici per costruire partnership di valore con brand italiani e internazionali.

Key Responsibilities

- Sviluppare e implementare strategie commerciali nel segmento luxury
- Acquisire nuovi clienti e generare nuove opportunità di business
- Effettuare upselling su clienti esistenti con focus su nuove linee di prodotto/soluzioni
- Presentare proposte ADV integrate:
- Stampa premium
- Digital & programmatic
- OOH / DOOH / landmark visibility
- Branded content & attivazioni speciali
- Costruire e consolidare relazioni con decision-makers (CMO, Marketing Director, Media Manager)
- Preparare offerte commerciali e presentazioni di alto livello
- Collaborare con i team interni per sviluppare soluzioni personalizzate
- Monitorare pipeline, forecast e obiettivi di revenue
- Partecipare ad eventi ed attività di networking nel mondo luxury

Requirements

- 4+ anni di esperienza sales in media/advertising, di cui preferibilmente nel luxury
- Comprovata esperienza sia in new business che in upselling su clienti attivi
- Ottima conoscenza dei media: stampa, digital, programmatic, OOH
- Network consolidato nel mondo moda, beauty, luxury lifestyle ( preferibile)
- Forti capacità negoziali, relazionali e consulenziali
- Stile sofisticato e capacità di rappresentare un brand premium
- Inglese fluente, scritto e orale (obbligatorio)

Nice to Have

- Esperienza in boutique agency o societa digital media con focus luxury
- Background internazionale
- Sensibilità estetica e culturale (moda, arte, design)
