Descrizione Lavoro

- Gestione della rete di tecnici per organizzare corsi, training, webinar ed eventi T&E.

- Creazione di contenuti orientati alle vendite per programmi e campagne promozionali.

- Sviluppo e mantenimento di reti di influenza interne ed esterne.

- Supporto nella ricerca di mercato per identificare trend innovativi e nuove opportunità.

- Identificazione delle esigenze di formazione sui prodotti e realizzazione di corsi per la forza vendita.

- Attività di stakeholder management e comunicazione esterna.

Competenze ed esperienza

- Laurea in materie scientifiche (idealmente Odontoiatria/Igiene Dentale)

- Esperienza da 3 a 6 anni in ruoli similari nel settore dentale.

- Ottime capacità comunicative e organizzative.

- Orientamento al cliente e capacità di costruire relazioni.
