Your future role "Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering expertise in a new cutting‑edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative and collaborative teammates. You'll drive the development and innovation of the ICONIS product, shaping the roadmap for TMS development and ensuring the delivery of high‑quality, competitive, and customer‑focused solutions. Day‑to‑day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Program Managers, System Teams, and other stakeholders), optimize product performance, and foster knowledge growth within the TMS development team, and much more."' Responsibilities Proposing and elaborating the Product specifications aligned with Solutions needs and requirements, in coordination with Program Managers and System Teams as needed, ensuring safety & quality, application competitiveness, customer orientation, and innovation , Executing timely all developments related to TMS (performances, planning/delivery, cost, risks, savings) and supporting the PMs to respect the approved QCD commitments , Supporting the development of knowledge growth from technical, functional, and operational points of view for the TMS team , Optimizing and measuring Product performances , Promoting a collaborative and innovative mindset within the team to foster resilience and continuous improvement All about you Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. , Experience or understanding of product development processes and innovation within a technical or engineering environment. , Familiarity with program management, including QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) principles and gate review processes. , Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. , Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define and deliver product roadmaps. , Leadership skills to mentor and guide team members, fostering knowledge growth and development. , Resilience and adaptability to manage risks and deliver under tight deadlines. , Preferred knowledge of Train Management Systems (TMS) and their integration into broader transportation solutions.
