Come Product Development Junior Specialist verrai inserito/a all’interno del team di Marketing & Sviluppo Prodotti, a riporto dell’Head of Marketing & Product development, in stretta collaborazione con il team Underwriting, Market Management, Pricing e IT di REVO.
Ti immergerai in un ambiente flessibile, fortemente collaborativo e dinamico: siamo un team giovane, dove competenza e passione si uniscono per contribuire alla realizzazione di prodotti assicurativi innovativi, a supporto del posizionamento strategico della Compagnia.
Aree di responsabilità
- Supportare il team nella gestione del processo di Sviluppo Prodotti, dalla nascita dell’esigenza al rilascio del prodotto sul mercato, fino al monitoraggio post commercializzazione, nel rispetto della normativa POG vigente.
- Supportare la predisposizione della documentazione relativa all’architettura di prodotto.
- Supportare la predisposizione della documentazione precontrattuale e contrattuale.
Esperienza professionale
Cerchiamo candidati/e che abbiano maturato anche una breve esperienza nel settore, preferibilmente in compagnie di assicurazione o in società di consulenza aziendale a supporto di attività legate allo sviluppo prodotti nel ramo danni.
Persone curiose, motivate ad apprendere, con spirito collaborativo e buone capacità comunicative, pronte a crescere in un contesto dinamico e innovativo.
Requisiti Tecnici
- Conoscenza di base dei rami Danni non auto, o interesse a svilupparla.
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese o spagnola.
- Interesse ad approfondire la normativa di riferimento.
- Buona conoscenza dei principali applicativi di Microsoft Office.

- Curiosità e voglia di mettersi in gioco, con interesse a crescere nel settore assicurativo.
- Attitudine proattiva e apertura a idee nuove.
- Buone capacità comunicative e relazionali, con spirito collaborativo.

- Predisposizione al lavoro in team e in contesti dinamici.
- Flessibilità e disponibilità a contribuire su più progetti.
Titolo di studio
Laurea a indirizzo economico / giuridico.
