Chiomenti, primario studio legale italiano a vocazione internazionale, ricerca per la sede di Milano un/a professionista con consolidata esperienza in ambito Transactional, Consulenza Tributaria e Fiscalità Internazionale.
La persona ricercata ha maturato 3-6 anni PQE nel campo della consulenza tributaria, con focus prevalente su operazioni societarie straordinarie (M&A, private equity), fiscalità internazionale, tax compliance e advisory fiscale per clienti operanti in ambito domestico e cross-border.
Requisiti:
- Laurea in Giurisprudenza o Economia conseguita in tempi ordinari con voto non inferiore a 108/110;
- abilitazione alla professione di Avvocato o Dottore Commercialista;
- eventuale percorso di specializzazione post-universitaria in Diritto Tributario (LL.M., master o dottorato);
- ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello C1);
- spiccata attitudine al lavoro in team, autonomia nella gestione dei clienti e capacità analitiche;
- esperienza significativa in ambito Transactional Tax.
Sede di lavoro: Milano.
