Logistic & Operations Manager

Il Responsabile Logistico è il riferimento operativo per il sito assegnato, garantendo equilibrio tra efficienza dei costi e qualità del servizio. Coordina il team, supervisiona le attività di magazzino e logistica, assicura il rispetto delle normative e promuove il miglioramento continuo dei processi.

Principali Responsabilità

- Monitorare le performance operative e intervenire in caso di scostamenti.
- Garantire standard qualitativi e affidabilità nelle consegne.
- Supervisionare inventari e utilizzo sicuro delle attrezzature.
- Coordinare risorse, turni e attività operative.
- Promuovere la cultura della sicurezza e supportare l'implementazione di nuove procedure.
- Gestire relazioni sindacali e rapporti con i clienti.
- Favorire l'adozione di metodologie Lean per ottimizzare i processi.

Requisiti

- Esperienza consolidata in ruoli gestionali, preferibilmente in ambito logistico.
- Conoscenza di processi Lean e strumenti di monitoraggio KPI.
- Competenze in sicurezza sul lavoro e gestione relazioni sindacali.
- Capacità di leadership, problem solving e orientamento al risultato.
- Buone doti comunicative e organizzative, flessibilità e resilienza.
- Conoscenza di software gestionali e inglese a livello intermedio.

Esperienza e Formazione

- Solida esperienza in ruoli di gestione operativa, preferibilmente in ambito logistico.
- Laurea in discipline tecniche o economiche (preferibile Ingegneria Gestionale).
- Conoscenza di metodologie Lean e strumenti di monitoraggio KPI.
- Competenze in sicurezza sul lavoro e gestione relazioni sindacali.
- Familiarità con software gestionali e pacchetto Office.
