Gruppo GKSD, leader mondiale nella pianificazione, sviluppo e gestione di progetti, che spaziano dai lavori di costruzione e dalle operazioni di acquisizione, alle attività medico-scientifiche, fino a servizi di consulenza è alla ricerca di un/una Project Developer Manager esperto/a e dinamico/a per la gestione di progetti chiave nel settore energetico.

La risorsa sarà responsabile dello sviluppo, della pianificazione, dell’esecuzione e del completamento di progetti relativi a infrastrutture energetiche e a iniziative finalizzate al miglioramento della produzione, distribuzione e sostenibilità energetica. Garantirà che i progetti vengano acquisiti e completati nei tempi previsti, nel rispetto del budget e in linea con gli obiettivi aziendali e gli standard di sicurezza.

Responsabilità principali

- Guidare la pianificazione e l’implementazione di progetti energetici, garantendo il rispetto di tempi, ambito e budget
- Coordinarsi con team multifunzionali, operazioni e approvvigionamenti
- Sviluppare piani di progetto dettagliati e pianificare risorse e personale
- Sovrintendere a tutte le fasi del ciclo di vita del progetto (progettazione, approvvigionamento, costruzione, messa in servizio e consegna)
- Monitorare l’avanzamento dei progetti, identificare i rischi e definire strategie di mitigazione
- Gestire i rapporti con enti regolatori, appaltatori, fornitori e clienti
- Preparare report periodici per la direzione e gli stakeholder
- Gestire budget e controllo dei costi
- Garantire il rispetto degli standard di sicurezza, ambientali e di qualità
- Supportare lo sviluppo di nuove iniziative e partnership nel settore energetico
- Concludere e gestire contratti di compravendita di gas, oil ed energia elettrica (PPA)

Requisiti richiesti

- Laurea in Ingegneria o discipline affini (Master considerato un plus)
- Esperienza di almeno 5 anni nella gestione di progetti nel settore energetico
- Conoscenza delle normative e degli standard del settore
- Ottime capacità comunicative, negoziali e relazionali
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Capacità di lavorare sotto pressione e gestire più progetti contemporaneamente
- Spiccate capacità di leadership
- Conoscenza delle pratiche di efficienza energetica e sostenibilità
- Competenze di modellazione finanziaria e gestione budget
- Esperienza con team internazionali e progetti in più aree geografiche
- Disponibilità a trasferte nazionali e internazionali (requisito fondamentale)

Milano – presenza full time in sede (non è previsto smart working)
